Borden Family Pharmacy has done more than just fill my prescriptions. The web site makes refills easy. They help me understand what my insurance covers, and when to get refills. They are great with walk-ins for flu shots and give good advice about when to get them. I have been consistently well cared for.

Borden Family Pharmacy has been absolutely fantastic! Since moving to Cullman, my fiancée and I have made this our go-to pharmacy, and we couldn’t be happier. The staff is always incredibly accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to make sure we’re taken care of, whether it’s filling prescriptions quickly, answering questions, or providing excellent customer service. It’s rare to find a pharmacy that genuinely cares about its customers, but Borden Family Pharmacy does just that. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch service in a welcoming atmosphere!

Typically, you have to order most of the medications I take but not at Borden they are very well stocked and super friendly to make it better they have an awesome store inside for everyone . Trying to get a prescription filled for my son, I called all CVS & Walgreens in Cullman, jumping through hoops to get someone on the phone, and they were all out of stock for the medication needed.. I finally call Bordens, and I wish I did sooner. Not only were they friendly, but they picked up quick and had the prescription I needed in stock. I wish I would’ve called here first.

Having special Needs Children with medical conditions requiring numerous medications, some of which are uncommon and some that require compounding this is without a doubt the best pharmacy in the entire state of Alabama. If a prescription needing to be filled is very uncommon and hard to find the pharmacist at Borden's will go way beyond just finding and ordering the medication they call you personally to let you know they have it and make certain you understand exactly when and how to take the medication. They have even called to check if my Babie's are feeling better.

The only pharmacy I've used in years. Quick service and very professional staff. You can sit in the drive thru and wait for the prescription they're so quick. Prices are very reasonable as well. They're always willing to order what you need too.

I would give them less than a star, if possible. We only have done business here once. After my wife gave birth to our child, this was the only place in Cullman that had breast pumps. Picked it up and filed it on insurance. No problem -- or at least we thought. Without getting any notices or bills in the mail, we got a letter from their lawyer saying we had 10 days to pay the $66 not covered by BC/BS. Once again, we received no notices or bills. I paid the $66 immediately. That's nothing. But we never will do business with this two-bit operation again.

Being one of the first patients of Borden Family Pharmacy, I feel more than a little qualified to tell you that Borden's is a first-class combination of true professional knowledge and warm, kind and compassionate care. The staff is always courteous and helpful, as are the pharmacists, and it's a place where everybody knows your name, but, your care and trust are their first priorities. I see people in the larger stores that are encouraged to phone-in their prescriptions days ahead, so they can stand in lines for long periods of time. If Borden's isn't really busy, your prescription will be ready to pick-up within minutes of calling it in. And you don't even have to leave your car! Now, WHY would you want to go any where else?
