  I cannot say enough wonderful things about this pharmacy and the people who make it so special. Mrs. Susie and Phillip are absolutely phenomenal. In a world where kindness and genuine care can be hard to find, they consistently go above and beyond to make every person feel valued, cared for, and important. They are not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but they also treat people with compassion, patience, and respect every single time. You can truly tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. No matter how busy they are, they always make time to help, answer questions, and make sure everything is taken care of. Mrs. Susie and Phillip help to create the kind of atmosphere that makes you feel more like family than just another customer. Their dedication, work ethic, and kindness do not go unnoticed, and this pharmacy is beyond blessed to have them. I am so thankful for the care and support they provide and would recommend this pharmacy to absolutely anyone. They are truly one of a kind.

  One of the hidden gems of Auburn! The sweetest staff and they have so many amazing local things from local vendors. Definitely more than just a pharmacy and perfect for thoughtful gifts and local goods!!❤️

  I love having this pharmacy in our community! They provide exceptional service, and show they genuinely care by going the extra mile to help. Their prices are very reasonable, and the boutique section is the cutest—you can always find a unique gift or something fun for yourself. Small-town charm at its best!

  1st rate pharmacy! Clean, organized and extraordinarily helpful. The staff treat you like family! Other pharmacies could take a lesson from this establishment! I drive from Columbus, GA to buy my meds from Auburn Pharmacy.

  I use to really like this pharmacy and even recommended it to others. However, all of the staff that worked there are now gone and replaced by rude young girls. The one good thing about this pharmacy is Susannah. Other than that, I just can't go there anymore.

  I can't believe I haven't written a 5 star review of the greatest pharmacy of all time. The service and dedication of every member of the staff is so Godlike that a CVS associate would combust into flame at the mere sight of it. Really cute building. THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH STARS IN THE SKY TO PROPERLY RATE THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

  Love this pharmacy!! Feels more like “home” than a pharmacy 🤭 Although it was my first time being there and filling a prescription the staff treated me as if they’ve known me years. And the team work is remarkable! I was in and out so fast meanwhile there were other customers and the drive thru! We were all taken care of with little to no waiting time at all! Love the energy in this place!

  Chris, Nicole and their staff are top notch! They always offer a smile and a kind word when you come in the pharmacy no matter how busy they are. Chris found me a pharmacy coupon that drastically cuts the cost of my medicine. He is always helpful in doing what’s best for his patrons. Nicole does such a wonderful job with the gift shop. I always end up spending way more than I went in to do because she has such cool items! You will not ever regret starting or switching to them.
