I was so impressed with the apothecary at EAMC. I’m on some rare medications but the apothecary was able to provide them. I needed some eye drops and they went over clearly, checking for understanding and saving me a bunch of time not having to go to home pharmacy. Highly recommend

My brother had back surgery in Birmingham, and when we were discharged no pharmacies were open. My partner and I made the drive to stop at East Alabama Apothecary on our way home to Dothan and they were amazing! Very kind staff! Very thankful we had somewhere to be able to get his medicine!

I always receive outstanding service at East Alabama Apothecary. I am pleased that they are available 24 hours per day 365 days a year. Never once have they failed to have my prescribed medications. That fact is important to me because a few of my medication are crucial to the point that I never need to miss a dose. The best aspect of the apothecary however is the employees who work there. Without fail, they are always cordial and most helpful.

Mr Glenn and the entire team for that matter are the best. They do everything in their power to help you and keep you informed. We moved to Pike Road due to careers but I gladly drive to EAMC monthly to refill my meds. We tried 3 pharmacies in Pike Road and the crap they come up with is stupid. I transferred my meds back and I drive an hour every month.

We picked up our prescriptions when my husband was dismissed from the hospital. I was a bit nervous about leaving him in the car because he was a little disoriented. But I didn’t have to wait long. It was helpful that they already had our insurance information. Service was friendly and efficient.

Had an excellent experience at East Alabama Apothecary Store at EAMC. Had taken my spouse to the ER, and didn’t get released until 8:30 pm. He needed a strong antibiotic, which they were able to fill immediately. Very kind and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend.

I was taking well care of promptly after I got there taking in surgery promptly take care and surgery. Recovery was great. The recovery nurse was one of the nicest nurses I’ve met in my life. The pharmacy had my stuff ready quick I was able to leave earlier than I expected, and I had overall great experience with your hospital.

Always so helpful and very kind staff. Only the last time I received patient prescription information with another patients name on it. I called and spoke with the pharmacist in charge and she assured me she would handle the error. I was waiting in the er for someone and ask a team member to discard the information in the hippa bin, I actually watched it being placed in the bin.

I think the lady who helped me name was Jessica. After having surgery it was nice to have my prescription filled and ready when I was leaving the hospital. She was even nice and came to the car because I wanted something extra from the pharmacy. EAMC thanks so much for taking good care of me.

we all get our meds from the apothecary. i can only think of 1 time one wasn't available right away, and had it the next day. all of the staff is top notch and go above and beyond. we love them. Sandra, i will say is a pleasure every time. she's always on top of everything and so nice and helpful.

Outstanding location for all your medication needs. The best part for me is when I call my script in I typically get a text message within the hour advising my script is ready. The customer service at the counter is top notch as well.
